As a long term project this would do wonders in both local communities where large one-off donations don't work and in wealthier environments - say £5/$5 for entering the masjid / someone's house and collecting for the masjid makeover. Task 1 - yes, easy with promotion. Task 2 - Also feasible but depends on 100% commitment of group/individuals. Task 3 - this is fantastic if Task 2 organisors stay committed and develop awareness.
